Good to Know
- The restaurant is exceptionally flexible for private parties, offering full and partial buyouts. They have even hosted an entire wedding, from ceremony through reception.
- Brunch is a Sunday-only affair, and it starts at noon. Lucca says the ever-changing vegetarian quiches are their most popular brunch option.
- Happy hour specials, which include $4 prices for rail drinks and most beers, are available nightly from 5:30 to 7:30pm. Wednesdays bring half-price burgers all night.

Full Overview
For parties of six or larger, please call the restaurant directly.
Though the restaurant may have taken its name from the street address, there’s a certain turn-of-the-century vibe to 1905’s cozy second-floor dining room. Flickering candles, tin ceiling, rich fabrics and eye-catching absinthe fountains all evoke an earlier time.
The menu, however, is very much set in the here and now. Starters like the jewel-colored baby beet salad and the heartier lobster meatballs were more than satisfying, but the tuna tartare was the most exciting, with its cubes of rosy tuna, fish-sauce vinaigrette and accents of avocado, cilantro, Thai basil and chilies.
There is plenty to please those who shy away from meat. Craving something lighter, we opted for the Catch of the Day, a stellar plate of two Corvina fish cakes flanked by shaved fennel and outstanding quinoa. The potato gnocchi is a comforting bowl of perfectly soft dumplings enhanced by seasonal vegetables and vibrant turnip-greens pesto.
Desserts, such as the moist spice cake with gelled buttermilk curd and cranberry chutney, dance between creative and traditional. Take a bite, close your eyes, and you won’t care what year it is.
