You may imagine you’re in the midst of Tuscany as you take a bite of a perfectly cooked egg atop asparagus or twirl your fork into the al’dente linguine alla Vongole, a dish topped with manila clams and roasted tomatoes. ‘Cesca fulfills all desires with fantastic service, splendid wines and authentic, well-executed dishes. And while you may be full after the antipasti, primi, and secondi, make sure you save room for dessert. The profiteroles at ‘Cesca are an ideal ending to a decadent meal.
