Full Overview
In the spirit of Southern Italy’s culinary traditions, ‘Cesca provides an elegant ambiance that’s completely devoid of attitude. Passing through the award-lined foyer, you immediately feel at ease as the friendly staff greets you on your way to an expansive bar lined with bottles of Italian wine back lit with soft yellow lights.
Having won several Wine Spectator awards, the wine list does not disappoint. You can choose from a wide range of Italian vini with prices that range from moderate to blow-your-paycheck-on-something-amazing. The menu, designed by Chef Kevin Garcia, is extensive and uses simple ingredients in an expert fashion. The rustic wallpaper and custom iron lamps allow you to ease into your plush, velvet-covered chair. You may imagine you’re in the midst of Tuscany as you take a bite of a perfectly cooked egg atop asparagus or twirl your fork into the al’dente linguine alla Vongole, a dish topped with manila clams and roasted tomatoes. ‘Cesca fulfills all desires with fantastic service, splendid wines and authentic, well-executed dishes. And while you may be full after the antipasti, primi, and secondi, make sure you save room for dessert. The profiteroles at ‘Cesca are an ideal ending to a decadent meal.
